You can contact us through the Contact Form on our website.
2. Our products
Ash & Meadow creates illustration-led homeware and gifting inspired by English countryside, heritage and botanical design.
Many products are manufactured or printed after an order is placed.
Our production and fulfilment may be carried out on our behalf by specialist production partners, including Contrado Imaging Ltd.
3. Product images and visualisations
We take reasonable care to represent our products accurately.
However, some images displayed on the Ash & Meadow website may include:
- digital mock-ups;
- digitally composed product scenes;
- artistic visualisations;
- computer-generated representations; or
- AI-assisted imagery created for visualisation and reference.
These images are intended to help demonstrate how a product, artwork or collection may look.
The finished physical product may vary slightly in colour, artwork positioning, scale, proportions, material appearance, texture or finish.
Similarly, colours displayed on a monitor or phone may not precisely match printed colours.
Some products are individually printed or finished, meaning small variations can occur between pieces.
These reasonable variations form part of the nature of printed and individually produced products.
Nothing in this section limits your rights where the product supplied is materially different from its description, faulty or otherwise fails to meet the requirements of consumer law.
4. Orders
When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the products shown in your basket.
When checkout is available, your order is accepted when payment has been verified and we confirm the order with an order number. A pending payment or redirect alone is not acceptance. If payment is not confirmed, we will show that the order is still processing or has not been confirmed.
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- an item has become unavailable;
- there is an obvious pricing error;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- we suspect fraudulent activity;
- an incorrect delivery restriction has occurred; or
- fulfilling the order has become impossible.
If payment has already been taken for an order we cancel, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
5. Production
Many Ash & Meadow pieces are manufactured to order rather than held as finished stock.
Our fulfilment partner may therefore begin production shortly after an order is received.
If you wish to change or cancel an order before dispatch, please use our Contact Form immediately.
We will make reasonable efforts to stop or amend production where possible.
However, our inability to stop production does not remove any statutory cancellation right that applies to your purchase.
6. Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
Any applicable delivery charge will be displayed before the purchase is completed.
7. Payment
Checkout is not currently open for public purchases. When it opens, the available payment methods will be displayed before payment through Stripe’s hosted checkout.
Payment must be confirmed before an order can enter fulfilment. We do not collect full card details through the Ash & Meadow storefront.
8. Delivery
Orders may be manufactured and dispatched directly by our fulfilment partner.
Most products are normally produced in approximately 1–3 working days followed by around 2–4 working days for tracked delivery, although individual products and destinations may vary.
Further information is available in our Delivery Policy.
Any delivery date is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise.
9. Returns and cancellation
Your rights and our returns process are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
For most ordinary Ash & Meadow products ordered online, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to cancel and then have a further 14 days to return it.
Different rules may apply to genuinely personalised products.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
10. Faulty products
Products supplied by us must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where applicable.
If you experience a problem, please use the Contact Form.
Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, the appropriate remedy may include a repair, replacement, remake, price reduction or refund.
11. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Ash & Meadow name, branding, illustrations, artwork, patterns, motifs, product designs, photography, graphics and written material are owned by or licensed to ASH PRODUCTION DESIGNS LTD.
Our content may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, commercially exploited or used to create derivative commercial products without prior written permission.
Use of website imagery for reference does not grant any licence to reproduce the artwork or designs.
12. Website use
You must not intentionally:
- misuse the website;
- interfere with its normal operation;
- attempt unauthorised access;
- introduce malicious software; or
- use website content in a way that infringes our or another person's rights.
13. Promotions
Promotional offers may have their own eligibility requirements, expiry dates and exclusions.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional codes have no cash value and cannot normally be applied retrospectively to an order already placed.
14. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If such an event materially affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and keep you informed where appropriate.
This does not remove rights given to you by law.
15. Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful or attempts to remove statutory consumer rights.
Products purchased through Ash & Meadow are intended primarily for personal and domestic use unless otherwise stated.
16. Privacy
Information about how we process personal information is contained in our Privacy Policy and information about website technologies is contained in our Cookie Policy.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
